Pub crawl

We'll be staying at the Inn on Broadway and dining at Tournedos on the 24th. Where should we go on a walkable, pre/post meal, pub crawl? We'd like to hear some live music if possible.

You're in the East End, here's the list of participating bars in the "official" pub crawl a couple fo weeks ago.

Quite welcome, enjoy. I just realized I haven't been down in that area in a few years, so I can't give any recommendations on particular bars, but on that isn't listed on that chart is The Old Toad, which would be on the Alexander section.

Here's the route between the restaurant and the Toad (the furthest pub from there), you'll see it's a pretty tight area for what you want to do. If you're feeling particularly energetic, you'll see Park Avenue right there, head east on that for a little while and you'll run across some more, but they'll be pretty scattered (more restaurants than anything).

For LIVE music in the area on the 24th, depending on your tastes, try the Little Cafe, the Temple Bar, or The Montage Live Music Hall. Also don't miss Victoire, the Belgian beer bar.

A good overall compendium of East End establishments and events can be found on ROCwiki at: http://rocwiki.org/East_End
