most scenic route Chicago to Niagara Falls

We are currently in Chicago and in a couple of days will be driving to visit the Gilmore Car Museum and stopping overnight in Kalamazoo. Our plan is to drive to Niagara Falls but are not sure whether to take to US route or the Canadian route. We want to stop off for a night or 2 along the way as we have plenty of time. I appreciate any recommendations you may have on which route is the most scenic. Thank you

Hi bevchris;

Southwestern Ontario is mostly rolling farmland - not much of interest to a tourist. I would suggest taking the US route for things to see & do.

Be sure to visit the Canadian side of the Falls ! Why ?

• Just about every view YOU have seen of the Falls was taken from the Canadian side.

• Cleaner

• Much more to see and do.

Best Regards
