This will take you at least 3 hours ONE-WAY.

The most convenient is to hire a car service.

Cheapest is via public transportation from airport into Manhattan then from Manhattan out to Woodbury Commons.

If you are just looking for a good place to shop, there's a huge outlet mall close to the airport called Jersey Gardens. You can take a cab from EWR and it will only take a few minutes. They have a website, check it out and see if it meets your needs.

Good luck,
