InnSeason Resort South Mountain

Has anyone stayed at the InnSeason Resort South Mountain? I called today to check availability for a few days in August, and was transferred to three different customer reps., all of whom wanted to know if I was a Bluegreen member. After being put on hold by the third rep. for 10 mins., I finally hung up. I know that the Pollard Brook resort has time-share units, but South Mountain is classified as a hotel. It looks very nice, but I got the impression they only want to deal with time-share owners. Have any non-timeshare owners stayed there? I booked at another local hotel already because I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere at InnSeason.

I'm going to Innseason tomorrow for a couple of days, but it'll be my first time staying there. We toured the hotel a few years ago and it looked great. I booked our room online for $99 per night. I didn't know anything about it being a time-share. If you're not going away until August maybe you can cancel the reservations you have and re-book online. I'll write a review when I get back and let you know how it goes.

InnSeason South Mountain definitely has time share units. I am not sure about hotel rooms. Some resorts have both - hotel room and time share units.

I had similar issues when booking - not the nicest phone rep, but the staff at the hotel is super nice. I believe they have hotel rooms & time shares at South Mountain. Our room was spotless, 2 dbl beds, tv.dvd player. Attached to a small shopping plaza. Nightlife was pretty limited for our family. We ended up borrowing a DVD from the front desk (free) to watch in the room one night. They also have indoor/outdoor pools, free wifi in lobby, and I believe a sauna/steam room. It was in a good location, easy to get in/out.
