Best for Slots?

Where have you or people you know enjoyed playing slots recently?

We know that Harrah’s is nice and has a large smoke-free area, but a recent report ( from the TA hotel section ) commented that slots are tighter at Harrah’s than other casinos.

What are your recommendations, and what about Avi?

This is a big argument.....according to most posters here all casinos are equal in their slot payouts. Heres where i play......Edgewater, belle, river palms....sometimes trop, sometimes pioneer......at the others i have had no luck at all. My wife plays two to five dollars each day on break from her job at riverside......she has not won anything in three weeks.....thats really a bad payoff picture lol! The 5 cent video poker is fun but if you play max your return is still lousy. To make any money at all you got to play .25 full bet and up. Reg poker not dueces wild as the payoff is not good.....although you can play alot longer the return on investment is not there on dueces wild.

I had the most fun playing nickel slots at Golden Nugget. They are 777 progressives near the stairs that go down to Joes and Saltgrass. We played for hours on a Friday night I hit enough to stay about even the whole time and my wife left about $30 ahead. Not bad for 3 hours of free drinking as well I couldn't even finish a Corona before the cocktail waitress was bringing me another one.
