For Gir Jungle Trail you need permit booked in advance, otherwise you can visit Devalia Safari park.

Start with Somnath followed by Gir and Junagadh. If you are sporty then try climbing Mount Girnar the Pride of Junagadh.

i am thinking of 5 days from 30/08 to 05/09.

is that a good time to visit these places.

Gir National Park will be closed for monsoon just check for its reopening after monsoon. Daman is on the other side and Diu an be included in your plan. You can start with dwarka followed by porbandar, somnath, junagadh and diu which can be visited during your travel time.

Daman in south gujarat, near navsari. Dont include it. Reach diu before noon, leasure, evening at nagoa beach, if you have children then choose chakratirth beach. Next day morning for fort visit, noon at naida caves, leave for somnath at evening,and night holt at sasan gir. Book safari in 6 to 9 am slot for best experience
