Best beds in Branson?

My wife and I have SDC season passes... And two small children.

We would like to frequent Branson a lot this summer and I am looking for the place with the most comfortable beds at the best price.

Having the kids means an in room fridge would be nice also.. But not required.

Anyone have a recommendation?

Thanks!

You might want to punch in your requirements or what you would like to see into a website such as Travelocity, which can search the best prices. I was able to lock in a couple nights later in the month for around $56 dollars a night when they normally run higher. It depends on what you are looking at and where. Plus some websites have a guarantee if you find a lower rate they will pay the difference and pay you a certain amount, which I believe Travelocity's is $50.

The Radisson has sleep number beds. We stayed there and it was very nice.

If you do Priceline, name your own price, the Radisson is the only 3Star, meaning you will probably get it.

Make sure to call Stillwaters Resort! The resort is located a couple miles from SDC and offers great specials year round.

The Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing has wonderful beds and they even have condos for rent. Not sure what your budget is but it might be worth a look. We've stayed there several times and is always been great.

We stayed at Stilwaters and it is great for the family. There are lounging beds and chairs around the wonderful pool. Bikes to ride. Gorgeous lakeside setting. The rooms are condo style so you have the ability to make your braekfasts and other meals if you so choose. Its close to SDC - you turn down the same road as SDC to get to Stillwater Resort. its about a 6 minute drive apart.

I don't know what your price range is, but there are so many very nice, clean motels in Branson. My sister and I are going down Christmas week and we won't book a reservation anywhere. When you get off hwy 76 onto Gretna Road there are several very nice motels. We have stayedat the Gretna Inn and it was very comfortable. We have also stayed at Green Gables Inn on Green Mountain Drive, and the Honeysuckle Inn on Shephard of the Hills road.Bottom line is you don't have to pay a fortune for a room in Branson to be comfortable. A little tip our Dad taught us when we were kids, always ask to see the room first before you commit. That not only goes for Branson, but for anywhere you stay. Big named hotels can be nightmares as well as the Mom and Pop places.
