How/what to see in Louisville in 1/2 day?

Visiting Merton Centre at Bellarmine for few hours on a Friday in June and would like to spend rest of day and early evening seeing Louisville. Never been there and wondering if any suggestions for a good 2 hourish overview tour or is there an on/off type trolley - other suggestions welcomed.

I was told Louisville not too big a city so driving downtown and parking and walking around is quite doable. I will have spent a few days in Bardstown area so will have seen things in that neck of the Ky woods.

Yea, you can see most of Louisville in 2 hours. I would park on the street downtown somewhere around 5th and main and walk to the river. Check out the belle, which is a big paddleboat that should be docked at the end of 4th st. Check out waterfront park. Could take a stroll up main street, but dont go too far West as it gets kinda dicey. Then drive up Bardstown Rd to Cherokee park and you can take a walk around the loop. Really nice there...
