Girls Golf Trip

We are 2 ladies in our 30's and are planning a trip toLexington the first week of April.

Are there any recommendations on where to stay? We are looking for a hotel where other golfers may be staying. Do any hotels offer stay and play packages? Golf course recommendations are also welcome!

We'd also like to stay close to the bars and restaurants, walking distance preferred. Are there any bar recommendations for the 30+ crowd?

Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

Here are a list of golf courses: www.visitlex.com/idea/golf.php.

Here are golf packages: www.visitlex.com/packages/golf.php.

Marriott Griffin Gate Resort & Spa has a golf course on property, so you would run into golfers there.

If you want to stay within walking distance of bars and restaurants, you would want to stay at one of the downtown hotels (Hilton Lexington/Downtown, Hyatt Regency, or Gratz Park Inn). Parlay Social and TrusT Lounge are new downtown bars that attracts the 30+ crowd.
