Nice, reasonable hotel in Olathe

Hoping someone can help me find a hotel for friends going to a conference in Olathe Feb.7-10, wanting VERY reasonable hotel with Queen beds(2) and possibly breakfast. It's hard to know which hotels are ok. have seen some bad reviews for some of the lower priced hotels on tripadvisor. Any help would be appreciated.

With the exception of the Days Inn and Holiday Inn, all of the chain motels in Olathe are modern and only a few years old.

The Holiday Inn is the only one I have stayed in. It is dated, but I wouldn't avoid it if the price was right. The restaurant isn't that good, but there are many nearby restaurants, and it is the only hotel in Olathe with its own restaurant.

Keith,

Thanks for the quick reply. Most hotels are a little higher than what we want to pay. I may try priceline, but I think the only one that comes up is the Holiday Inn and they were hoping for something with breakfast. Thanks again.
