Glad to hear. Which home did you rent? Do they meet you at the home to review everything and provide basics like laudrey, soap detergent, etc?

I have not used Marco Escapes.

The benefit of using them is they have an office on Marco. If you have issues you can directly talk to the people.

FYI, what I have seen renting houses and condos it is hit or miss on how they are stocked. Be prepared to buy your own supplies. The owners can stock a house at the beginning of the season but all the supplies are gone due to ... use and theft.

If the house or condo is cleaned by the owner then there is a better chance of toilet paper being there for you but that happens IMO 20% of the time.

Hi

My boyfriend and I have used Marco Escapes twice. We rented Mistletoe Ct and Bayan Breeze.

I think they are a great rental company, everything is very organized and high end!

They provide bar soap in the bathrooms, a couple rolls of toilet paper, small shampoos, conditioners and body soap to start you off (hotel size). There has been dish detergent, garbage bags, and laundry detergent. I am not sure if Marco Escapes provided that or it was left by previous people. We usually go straight the house when we land and take an inventory of what we need before we go to the supermarket.

They do not meet you at the home but give you an electronic key code to open the door and the manual in the home. Everything is pretty much self-explanatory. The only thing is that their homes have smart tvs, and surround sound through out the house and outside. If you are technologically challenged it might be an issue. We had an issue one time with the system and they sent someone that day to help us out. It ended up it was not our lack of skills that was the issue :-)

OTNY says ...

"They provide bar soap in the bathrooms, a couple rolls of toilet paper, small shampoos, conditioners and body soap to start you off (hotel size). There has been dish detergent, garbage bags, and laundry detergent."

When I hit Marco from the airport I go to Publix ... on the way into the beach condo rental ... I always assume they are out or I'll immediately need these supplies. It cost me an additional $25-50 but I never have to concern myself again about it. Because I want to be on VACATION!!!
