Dinner Cruise

Hi,

My husband and I will be celebrating our anniversary in Amelia Island August 28-31.

We would love to go on a dinner cruise but have had no luck finding one.

Do you know of any in the area?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Tina

Did you look at ameliarivercruises.com? I don't think they do dinner cruises, but they do have wine cruises.

Stevedec is spot on as usual. Amelia River Cruises has a BYOB sunset cruise on Friday and Saturday nights complete with live music. The only alternative is the Emerald Princess casino boat that operates out of Brunswick with a 7pm departure Thursday - Saturday nights. They have food service but not a set dinner and I don't know whether it is just grill type items or other dishes.

Take the sunset cruise bringing your favorite wine and when the ship docks enjoy a nice landside dinner at any of the wonderful restaurants in the historic district.

Among others, I would suggest Karibo for dinner after the cruise. It's an easy walk from the marina and has a nice outdoor courtyard.

Great suggestion to dine after a river cruise.

Cafe Karibo is one of our favorites. They don’t take reservations, FYI.

Burlingame is a nice place for a special meal and I’ve heard David’s is nice too. We’ve also enjoyed Le Clos, Espana. Those four restaurants take reservations.

Yes, excellent reputations but on the high end of the pricing scale.

They are pricier but the OP is celebrating an anniversary so I wanted to list some special occasion dining options.
