Are there any beaches in Everglades City? If not how far are the nearest beaches?

No, the closest would be Marco Island. But many of the beaches there are hard to get to. Have a look at the beaches in Naples.

There are no beaches in Everglades City. However, you can take a guided boat or kayak tour to several deserted beach islands that are within Everglades National Park or just to the north in Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge. Check EvergladesAreaTours.com.

On Marco Island, there are two public beach parks, South Beach and Tigertail Beach Park. There is a convenient parking lot across the street from South Beach on the south end of the island.
