We're saying prayers for our favorite vacation place. Here in Oklahoma we've had our share of tornados. Be safe and don't take chances. We'll be watching and our thoughts are with The Emerald Coast.
Thank you for the prayers. We appreciate it. While you enjoy visiting our area occasionally, remember those of us who LIVE there. Those are OUR homes on the line.
We've been coming down for 25 years and been with the same condo owners for 14 of those, so while it's not our home, it's a place we love. We have friends down there who are residents and business owners we worry about. I saw what Opal and Ivan did, I hope it's nowhere close to that.
Praying for everyone. Scheduled to leave Friday for our week and havn't packed yet. All I can do is stare at the weather right now and pray! Stay safe everyone.
hope everyone is ok there. We're thinking of you and our favorite place!

Storm came on land with a lower reading (913 mb) than either Katrina or Andrew and just 1 mph under category 5 status. Yowzers!! Historic! Trying to look for the good: maybe this is the kill all for the Red Tide affecting so much of the Florida coast?
