Depending on how much time you have you can pack it with dry ice in a cooler and check it on your flight. We bought a Seal-a-Meal at Walmart and froze the individually wrapped filets and then packed it with dry ice but we had a few days to get it ready.
If you check it in and take it on the flight, check if there are regulations as far as the method of marking it. Our son-in-law did that and the first time they needed to go through a specific procedure with marking the container, etc. The next time, it was no big deal.
I would avoid Dry Ice. Some airlines have regulations against dry ice. Regular ice in a non leak container is preferred from my understanding.
