3 Families looking for Lodging that is beachfront

We are 11 total people, 6 adults and 5 kids, that will be coming in during July. We are looking for villas, condos, or houses in the Clearwater area that are gulf front. Any suggestions on vacation realtors to help with rentals. If not, what hotels would your recommend. I love the Hilton but I'm sure that's within everyone's budget for this trip. We don't want to pay $1000 a night for a house and so far that's all I'm seeing. Also, I'm not opposed to other beach areas but we're flying into and out of Orlando. I'd like a beach with the white powder sand if possible.

How long is your stay? Usually there is a minimum stay requirement for many locations, especially prime locations.

We are looking for 4 days because we're doing beach part of the trip and Universal part of the trip.

It all boils down to where you want to be. On the beach, walkable,or short drive.

You can stay up to 15 minutes away, since the beach area has public parking garages.

You can stay between Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island ( bring a cooler family style). Dunedin area? It will be cheaper.

On or across the street will cost more. There are other beach towns close by where renting an apartment /house is more common.

Does sound like a great idea having everyone under the same roof, with a yard and beachfront.

Beachfront lodging is very limited on Clearwater Beach. You might find a rental on the north part of Clearwater Beach.

South of Clearwater Beach you will find more beachfront options. However, only Clearwater Beach will have that very fine sugar sand. Other beaches this area south of Clearwater Beach do not have the famous sugar sand. It's just sand with more shells at the other beachs. Still nice and all still a part of the exquisite Florida Gulf Coast beaches.

Siesta Key is the next beach going south with very fine sand.

check vrbo for regatta beach club. Right on north side of Clearwater beach and has a large pool.
