Storing some luggage for a week

Hi everyone,

I've been working in Sequoia National Park this summer and I stop work on the 15th Sept. My flight home is from Fresno on the 23rd, and I have organised a week of travelling in San Diego and Salt Lake City in the meantime. I can fit a week's worth of stuff into a carry-on size bag easily, and I don't want to have to pay $25 per internal flight to haul my larger bags with me. Does anyone know of a place that offers small storage lockers that I could rent for a week while I travel? Then I can return to Fresno, pick up my bags and head on home.

Thanks!

I don't know of a place that only rents for a week, but you could use one of the self-storage places that rents on a monthly rate but just empty it out after a week. Typically the smallest sizes offered locally (still probably larger than you need but the only choice) would be about $30 to $35 per month and you need to supply your own lock.

Two closest storage rental places to the Fresno Airport terminal are both about 1/2 to 3/4 mile from the terminal building.

Derrel's Mini Storage (this is the closest location in this chain to the terminal)

Thanks, I thought it might come to that (I did a bit of research and found out about those places too) - it will definitely be better than hauling it around with me.

Thanks!
