Sycamore Canyon in December last week

Hello,

We will be travelling as a couple from Sedona to Antelope Canyon and want to Visit Sycamore Canyon on the way.

Is it advisable to visit in December last week? We only want to see the view of canyon and only want to do easy level of hiking.

Which would be the best view point/lookout accessible with normal sedan?

We are travelling from Kansas and are not familiar with the area.

TIA.

Sycamore Canyon is a designated "wilderness" area, which means no developed roads or visitor services. There are no "drive by for a view" access points anywhere. There are hiking trails but they're accessed via Forest Service Roads and at elevations in the 7K feet range, they're not going to be approachable in late December.

From Sedona, you can drive through Oak Creek Canyon via 89A to Flagstaff.

Thanks DetTigerFan for the prompt response.

I guess I will remove this one from my plan.
