Daily Park Fees if staying in Sheraton Hotel

If you plan to stay at the Sheraton in Iguazu National Park, Argentina, do you pay the entrance fee each day? I understand that you pay the first day, and that the second day is half price, but not sure about the third day, or if you do not leave the park, where do you pay on subsequent days? Do they collect at the train and boat services for park fees? Any idea what the fee is now (11/2016)

We are staying for 2 nights, but want to leave the first day to go to the Hummingbird Garden and dinner in town and then return. Not sure if we can return and not pay additional fees, and fees on the next 2 days we are there.

We stayed two days at the Sheraton last week but only paid the park fees once (330 pesos per person) at the park entrance before arriving at the Sheraton.

Could you pay ahead of time through the hotel? Do they take credit cards at park?

No, your driver will stop at the park office for you to pay the fee. You won't need to pay again- the Sheraton is within park grounds.

The entrance ticket has a specific code saying "SHER..." that shows you are staying in the Sheraton so you can enter 3-4-5 days. So, make sure your ticket is this kind, by telling the driver or the attendant at the ticket office (they are not very helpful).

Only cash, only Argentinian pesos.
