Hello Shra,

Diwali would be good time to visit Mumbai as you will be able to see the festive colours the city lit up and fire crackes going up the sky and bursted aloud besides the festive delicases and Joie dear verve all around . It will be joyful if you love all this.

You can hire a guide who can come with a car and driver and show you around Mumbai and around for a full day . Can find guide with great testimonials here and reviewed often .

Hello Traveller,

Hope you are doing good.

Yes, no doubt Diwali is one of the best time to visit India. And you can hire a car[as per your requirment] with a professional driver at best fare. The best thing is that you can hire it online on prior to you visit with flexible payment options. Just all you have to do is get in touch with service provider.

Places to visit in Mumbai :-

You can visit these places The Elephanta Caves, from Gateway of India, Fashion Street at Mumbai CST Azad Maidan, The Asiatic Library, Prithvi Theatre, Bandra Fort, Worli Sea Link, Mount Mary Church, National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) at Nariman Point, Nehru Planetarium at Worli, The Imperial (Mumbai), Tallest Towers in India, India's own Disneyland Adlabs Imagica at Khopoli on Mumbai-Pune expressway.

Total Mumbai local trip cost you approx car rental - 8.1 k INR for 5 days.

Hope it will help in planning a good trip.

It's a nice time to visit Mumbai . You can select places to visit based on your preferences by checking out TA things to do in Mumbai. For car rental, you can take uber whwreever want to go (or even Uber hire which will be based on number of hours you use it )

Have a great trip
