Safety for two females at night?

Is it safe for me and my mum to walk to/from restaurants in the evening? We are staying at OYO44604 Jhankar Mansion and just want to walk down to the town area or perhaps up to the lake. Just want to check we will be ok as it would be nice to not take the car everywhere and explore the streets!

Hi dear traveler

Yes you are safe till 10 pm after that you cannot walk alone sometime alcoholic people walking over there
