Thought that was common knowledge by now, and asked a few times already. I even replied to one pointing out the illegality of it.
Any search here or Google tells you that.
Been illegal at least since 2012Edited: 17 October 2016, 22:24
If you do a search and read some of the replies there was confusion since it has been suggested that the law used to justify the illegality of Vaping was written before E-cigs were invented. Hence the person on the Thailand link made contact for the latest information and this has been s posted here for the benefit of visitors to Khao Lak who don't view the main Thailand forum.
Good idea I guess, as could leave one open to a unhappy holiday.
Reading a couple recent posts, it is amazing the lack of research by some when going to a foreign country.
When my sister and I gave up smoking a couple of years ago we both brought e-cigarette supplies to Thailand. We had them in our checked and hand luggage (both searched at the airport) and no one said anything. However after reading that I would not do it again, no point in risking a 10 gaol sentence as you never know who you might strike searching your luggage at the airport. Not worth the risk.
