have a look at the map of Khuk Khak: http://www.t3x.de/khaolak/Khukkhakmap.htm. I estimate about three quarter to one hour walking by the beach to the north to arrive at JW Mariott. As you can see on the map, there is a small creek to pass, generally wadable, but make sure you first have a look at the tidal situation. Towards ramada you look at the Bang Niang Map : http://www.t3x.de/khaolak/BangNiangKarte.htm. On the left side of this map you see the Nong Prew Restaurant (it's the same you have at the right (southern) side of the Khuk Khak map. Also here the situation of a river creek. It's good walkable when you avoid high tide. Time I think about half a hour to three quarter.
For tidal information look here: onestopdive.com/assets/…KL2015H.pdf
In the dark you should prefer to hire a Song Taew Taxi.
Hope this helps.Edited: 07 October 2015, 15:44

The maps above and others are in the Top Question FAQ "Khao Lak Maps" on the right of the forum lising if you view it on the Ful Site on a PC or laptop, along with lots of other information.
Thanks a lot Arandora. I see you are a destination expert for this area. Any restaurants near the Haven you would recommend. Also would you recommend a visit to the national park.
