Long-tail boats

whenever I've been to Thailand I have always jumped on a long tail boat. Whose is a good one to jump on ? How much roughly? And do they run in June 2015 during the wet season?

Cheers

Doubtful that any will be runningb in June due to condition of the ocean which can change from flat calm to dangerous very quickly. If the beach restaurants are open on Nangv Thong Beach past the Sands and just across the creek on Bang Niang Beach that's best place to ask. Or you can ask at Song's Bar on Bang Niang Market as they run trips along the coast in High Season and others to an island off the coast at Tab Lamu.
