Look here at pics of all Khao Lak's beaches from mid Novmber 2104 to date tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTopic-g297914-i10908-k…

The most beautiful beach by common consent is Pak Weeb Beach where you will find the Boatyard Restaurant on the part known, for obvious, as Coconut Beach. About 600 metres down past the Kantary and Sarojin Resorts is the part known as White Sand Beach. Once Khao Lak's best kept secret this area with three small bungalow resorts each with its own restaurant and rows of sun beds/umbrellas is now its most popular day trip. Around the point further on the next stretch includes the Pullman Katiliya (formerly Le Meridien) Resort and then past the Beyond Resort and over the creek up to the Mai Resort there are over a dozen restaurants, bars and massage places. This area is about 20-25 minutes by taxi from La Flora. The next beach is Bang Sak Beach which is the most northern one with only a few resorts and restaurants up near the Sentido Gracelands which is about 25 minutes from La Flora.

Sunset Beach is the first beach lining the mountainside when you come from Phuket into Bang La On, Khao Lak's main township. La Flora is 10 minutes by taxi up the highway from here with as you will recall many restaurants and bars nearby in Bang Niang.
