Lucky me - I have fours nts in khao lak with my husband, and without my four kids! Do I stay in the Sensimar or the Sarojin? We are not millionaires...

You don't have to be a millionaire to stay at the 5-star Sarojin (but it helps).

The 4-star Sensimar is less expensive and not as 'isolated' - located on the south edge of Bang La On with plenty of restaurants (and everything else) within a few minutes walking.

EDIT: P.S. The Sensimar is 'adults only'.

The Sarojin is Adult Only too. Date of visit will determine which restaurants are open nearby, otherwise it is a 20 - 25 minute shuttle/taxi ride in to the main townships of Bang Niang and Bang la On where most restaurants, bars and shops are to be found. Dining in at the Sarojin is as expensive as you would expect from a luxury 5* resort.
