Flights from chiang mai

Hello

Hope you can help we end our tour in Chiang Mai. Can we get a flight down to Phuket from here or do we have to go to Bangkok? Thank you

If you're flying back to Bangkok from Phuket, Air Asia flies into Don Mueang (DMK) and there are also airlines that fly from Phuket into BKK.

Hi

All low cost airlines fly to and from DMK airport. Thai and Bangkok airways fly to and from Suvarnnabhumi international airport. If you have onward international flight make sure you allowed enough time. The distance from DMK to Suvarnnabhumi international airport is approximately from 45-60 mins by car.

No need to go via Bangkok at all, Air Asia and Thai Smile have non stop flights from Chiang Mai to Phuket

If for any reason you 'wanted' to go via Bangkok the full range of airlines are

Thai Airways

Bangkok Airways

Nok Air

Air Asia

Orient Thai
