"Tonight, tonight at Khao Lak Boxing Stadium" - Muay Thai every Tuesday and Friday night at the Boxing Stadium near the Bang Niang daily market/ Bus Station up the road from Bang Niang in Khuk Khak. Nothing other than that.

Muay Thai is Thai Boxing, often referred to as Kick Boxing. This is a link to the website of the Rawai Muay Thai Camp newly established in Khao Lak that will give you more of an idea of the sport http://www.rawaimuaythai.com/khaolakgym/

Some of the boxers who appear on the twice weekly boxing performances at the Stadium train there, others come from different parts of Thailand or further afield. It is a late night event, the first bout starting about 10pm with the usual fanfares and ceremony that makes the matches an interesting spectacle not just for the boxing.
