Travel warnings

Hi there,

I'm looking to fly to Khao Lak from Sydney on 8 Nov and staying there for 14 days...

I'm concerned about the travel warnings and Thai Airways are waiving all change fees and suggesting not to travel. My friend however still wants to go..

It's not just the flooding that I'm concerned about but all the disease etc they're are predicting.

Does anyone have any advice? Would be much appreciated

1. Re: Travel warnings

There is no flooding in Khao Lak. The travel warnings are for Bangkok only. Khao Lak is nearly 800kms south of Bangkok so you have nothing to worry about. You will be no where near it.

No flooding in Khao Lak, all sunny shine, fly to Phuket and all is OK.

You really need to read what the travel advisories are actually saying. :)

Bangkok is not Thailand.
