Dressmaker or tailor.

A friend wants a copy of an outfit that she loves. Please can anyone recommend a tailor or dressmaker in Khao Lak or Bangkok? What price would I expect to pay for trousers and top in silk? . How long would it take for them to be made?

I realise there will be many options but recommendation makes the job of looking easier! L.

There are more tailors in Khao Lak than you can shake a stick at and as for Bangkok ......

Have a look at this fairly recent thread asking for similar recommendations tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTopic-g297914-i10908-k…

Prices vary according to style and material. Personally we always use Monty the Tailor who is the longest established tailor in Khao Lak and if you contact him through his website at http://www.montythetailor.com/ he will give you a rough quote.

From selection of material to completion is usually no more than 3 or 4 days again depending on the style and complexity with one or two fittings in between.
