Dining options on Koh Kho Khao

Dining options on Koh Kho Khao

Been looking at a couple of places on KKK. I know that this is one of the quietest places and that's fine because we don't want a roaring nightlife, but it would be nice to have a few local places to eat rather than just at the resorts. Is this going to be an option or is it really a bit too quiet? We will be going early April next year.

Thanks :)

Just went for a little Hotel insp. on KKK last week... Sooo quiet, only one Hotel had 3 rooms occupied. The "secondary infrastructure" on KKK is still very limited. In the high season there are 3 or 4 small Restaurants open near the pier. Depending on where you stay on KKK, you would have to drive there by yourself. In early April it might be that 1 or 2 are closed already.

When we went over to KKK in February and it was quiet then too. There were a few more restaurants than in previous years, the odd one or two on the beach and/or near or opposite the entrance to the bigger resorts on the highway. Even if these restaurants are open, unless you are staying at the nearby resort you will need to have transport to get there particularly after dark.
