Khao Sok National Park

Hi,

I am planning a trip to Khao Sok NP in Feb next year and trying to research places to stay.

I would not like to spend more than 1000TB per night...ideally 500 to be honest. There seems to be little current information on the costs of these places.

We are planning on staying 4 nights so somewhere with good food is a must! We will be doing some of the trips like tubing, hiking and looking for the Raffelisia (sic) but no overnight stays on the lake...unless there is one with a private bathroom?

Please let me know if there is any info...at the moment I am looking at Nung house, Arts, Riverside cottages, smiley bungalows and bamboo 1 or 2?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Have a look at this site:

responsibletravel.com/Accommodation/Accommod…

It shows prices and has good reviews, including reference to "missing the food."

Doubt whether there are any raft houses with private bathrooms. Bathing in the lake seems to be one of the main attractions - not for my wife though!
