Sensimar Resort

Thinking of this hotel next January for 3 weeks. We are late 60s and want quiet but able to walk to restaurants max 20 minutes. Also able to sit near/on beach under shade. Is this hotel for us or what should we consider. Thanks

1. Re: Sensimar Resort

The 5* Sensimar is Adult Only and is located direct beachfront on Sunset Beach with loungers there in the shade and with its entrance on the highway at the beginning of the main township of Bang La On where there are the most restaurants, shops and bars. These start across the highway immediately opposite the entrance to the resort with many more within 20 minutes easy walking distance and a cheap local taxi ride if you want to go any further or go up to the next township of Bang Niang 10 minutes away if you want to visit the markets or the Tsunami Boat Memorial.

Here are pics of Sunset Beach from last High Season with that in front of the Sensimar in the first ones https:/…

Hope this helps.
