@dulurb-- I have not been to Jammu & kashmir before but as per my resarch regarding mobile network ,my conclusion says only POSTPAID mobile roaming works there.Roaming of Prepaid mobile not at all possible although local prepaid mobile works there. To be more accurate BSNL Postpaid mobile definately works there and probably Airtel postpaid mobile also works. I have taken a Postpaid mobile BSNL especialy for my March visit to Kashmir and Vaishnodevi.Still I also require further suggestions regarding the same .
