Do we have to carry heavy woolens to Manali In May beginning?

We have booked in Yak hotel, Mall road. Howz it any idea?

Light woolens will be needed in Manali in May. Keep an umbrella also. The mentioned hotel is of budget category.

There is a garden on the bank of river Beas, near the mall area. But that is not very significant.
