Hello, I am travelling to Leh in August and travelling alone. I would like to know what places are best to stay at a better cost in Leh, nubra valley and Pangong lake and should be safe to stay.

Also, if you can help me out about sight seeing

There are good home stays in Leh and Nubra (Sumoor), they charge Rs.1500 for room with breakfast. You'll get tent accommodation in Pangong,that is little higher rate.
