Hi Pradeep,

If you know how to ride a bike then it would be a sin not to ride to Pangong Tso from Leh on motorcycle if you are planning a trip to Ladakh.

It's an amazing ride with amazing highs literally and otherwise. Roads are mostly okay except for the bad stretch you'd find near Chang La. Also since it is high mountain road, conditions are prone to change suddenly dependiong upon weather. Road is again in a bit rough once you arrive near Spangmik Village.

But that was when I made my trip. Road condition change every year so may be a local could chip in and might share the current road condition.

You may also go through by personal road trip experience to Pangong Tso from Leh on motorcyle here:

Hope this helps,

Cheers!
