the most luxurious hotels 5 star plus

there are prob alot of people on this site who ve stayed at most of the exclusive hotels 5 star hotels so was just hoping they could advise me what there preference is as will be going there for my wedding/honeymoon. I ve already stayed at the leela in there royal suite so is there anything better,all advice will be much appreciated.thanks in advance

Have to say the leela is about as good as youre going to get, there are other nice five star hotels in south goa but my family who are from India always consider the Leela chain of hotels to be the best in India.

South Goa is very very quiet though.

If you fancy something really special and exclusive, try Pousada Tauma in Calnagute or Nilaya Hermitage in Arpora.

Both North Goa, Both boutique hotels, both very very nice. I've never stayed at either resort cos I'm a cheap n cheerful type of girl!! but have looked around both places and can report that they are beautiful!!

Also the Intercontinental on Rajbaga beach in the South is nice.
