Visas in London

Has anyone ever used an agent in London for visas and can recommend them? I ask because after last year's scrum I'm not sure I can face HCI again!

And have just read the posts about HCI THIS year and am absolutely positive I can't face it again!

use the yourtravelshop one ...do a search on "Goa Visa" thread for the address.

this one seems to be the best at the moment and used by loads of folk here.

yourtravelshop is in Manchester and I was wondering if there was an agency nearer to London. Am not sure that I can apply to Manchester for visas if I live in the south - which may be a daft thing to say, but knowing how, um, difficult the HCI is trying to make getting visas, I don't want to incur their wrath by applying to the wrong office either!

Barkingcreek - Just received e-mail from Indra Travel and they have quoted me £45, i.e. £15 charge. Any other update?

God, this palaver is really pi***ng me off!

Thanks.

Hi

I'm picking up my visas tomorrow. I will speak to them and tell them I won't be recommending them in future.

Way to make money innit !

Hi again

I just phoned Indra Travel, they said if you drop them in and collect its £10, if they send them back by post its another fiver.

I think they will all add extra for posting.

Jeff - Yes I assumed this. I told them I would be sending by post and would enclose a reply stamped special delivery envelope. The quote came back as £45. They said it was £40 if I applied in person. Figure that one out!
