Is it possible to rent a room, bungalow or cottage in Tirumala for 2 months in December-January?

Is 2 months accommodation available from TTD or from private owners?

What is the rate for a basic bungalow/cottage for 2 persons?

Here's the link to Tirumala's online booking. You could check this out. There may be better accommodations available at other private hotels. But I'm not sure of the details. Others in TA may be able to help.

The whole of Tirumala Hills is considered as a Sacred place and all accommodation is maintained by the Temple Trust and accommodation is generally provided for two days max. and there is a lot of demand. People sleep on floor during peak months and weekends due to non availability of accommodation.

However you can stay at Tirupati which is the Temple Town. I hope you are aware that Tirumala is on Hilltop above Tirupati Town an 45 minutes journey.
