Casino Table Limits?

Can anyone tell me which casino in AC has low table limits? I am on a budget and have never been to AC. In Las Vegas, some of the smaller, and less fancy casino have $5 tables. Do any AC casino have $5 tables?? Also, which casino has the best deals and comps? And how do I get them?? Thanks everyone!!!

You are going to be hard pressed to find $5.00 tables in Atlantic City. If you are there mid-week, early in the day you may get lucky. Most times you'll find $15.00-$25.00 tables. I'd recommend Bally's Wild West, Tropicana or Showboat for lower limits and comps. Stay away from the Borgata - lucky to find a $25.00 table there.

As far as getting comps -- just play and then ask. The worse they can say is "no".

Have fun. Hubby and I visit AC frequently. Feel free to ask more questions.

Vegas actually has quite a few 3$ tables, at least in mid-week.

I have the same problem for my upcoming vacation.

Are there video blackjack machines in AC the way they are in Vegas ?

Unfortunately the gambling experience in AC is not like Vegas. With many less casinos the competition is not nearly the same, and so no smaller casinos with lower limits exist. The absolute lowest you will find in AC is $5, and you will have to search for them. Your best bet is early in the day(morning) at the Tropicana, Ballys Wild West, and ralrely you can get lucky at other places like Harrahs or Trump Marina...but, for table action count on $10.

As for comps, the systems are pretty much the same in vegas. Sign up for a card wherever you go, and see what you earn. Most places in AC the comps are same day, but cashback requires a return trip. You can use cards from Vegas...Harrahs total rewards card is good at Harrahs and Showboat, and the connection Card is good at Caesars, ballys, and AC Hilton. there are some good sign up promotions running for first timers, but you should check into that at the timke fo your trip.

I have seen a few video blackjack games around AC, but not like in Vegas, and vidoe poker is NOTHING like in VEgas. For regular sklot and video slot action though, AC is definitely equal in quality and diversity of games as Vegas.

Have a great time.

Caesar's, Bally's Park Place and Wild Wild West and Claridge have the best comps, particularly because with your Connection Card all your playing goes into one account.

As far as $5 tables, I don't really see that much at tables other than BJ. Sometimes you see it for the poker table games, but since you often have to put up more than one bet at a time, it's not really like betting only 5 bucks.

As far as Blackjack tables go, here are my suggestions for $5 tables, which can be found:

1. Go to the Borgata--they guarantee 5 dollar tables around the clock, 24/7. Sometimes they won't have one going but all you have to do is remind a floor person of their guarantee and they will lower a minimum for you.

2. The Claridge gets slow late at night (around 2 or 3) and you can usually find $5 tables there.

3. During the day you can find $5 tables at WW West.

4. If you see a table with a dealer just standing there with no one playing, and the minimum is say, 10 bucks, ask the dealer or floor person to have the minimum lowered since no one's there anyway.

Main point is, if you want a $5 dollar table, don't hesitate to ask if you don't see one. I've had minimums lowered tons of times to 5 bucks. Good luck!

I just got back form AC and was hard pressed to find a $10 table let alone 5. the going rate was $15 in nearly every place.

Go to LV....it's much better.
