I want to travel to the festival city and the creek from ja ocean view using the metro can someone tell me the stops to change and the ticket required

Depends on whether you intend to go to Festival City, which is on the creek or the creek area where the textile souk etc are situated.

Buy a one day pass for the metro

For Festival City take the redline metro from Jumeirah Lakes Towers to Kalid bin al Waleed station and change to the green line. Take the green line to creek station and then walk down to the ferry station to take the little ferry across the creek to Festival City. The ferry costs 2 dirahm per person.

For the creek area where the souks are situated take the red line to Kalid Bin Al Waleed and then change to the green line. You can get off at Al Fahidi, Al Ghuabaiba or Al Ras depending on where you want to go in the creek area.
