December 2015 festivals in LP

Tow festivals are listed in December in LP: Kin Chiang (Hmong New Year) and Boun pot Py (Khmu New Year). I could not find anywhere the dates for December 2015. Does anyone know when they will be celebrated in Dec 2015 and how many days each lasts? Thanks.

The Hmong New Years festival usually lasts around six or seven days, but the date is not set too far in advance! It's great fun, and well worth a full day. Usually takes place in late December / early January, but the date isn't firm.
