Glass Bottom Boats?

We will be doing a land tour with a week split between San Cristoble and Santa Cruz. DH might not want to get into the water. Has anyone done a glass bottom boat ride in these places? If so, which one--and how was it.

FYI, we did a semi-submersible submarine with enormous glass windows at the Great Barrier Reef. It was OMG-INCREDIBLE!
