Have a look through the link and see just how much Singapore has to offer.

With so short a stay you need a plan to maximise your time.

Remember Singapore is very hot and humid, rushing from place to place for most people probably isn’t an option. Don’t overcrowd your plan, most of the attraction have all the information printed to assist you in planning, includes maps, costs and reviews on the TripAdvisor pages to help you decide.

If you have any specific question feel free to ask.

Happy researching.

It's still early days; I suggest posting a draft itinerary closer to your trip, say, 2-3 weeks prior. We don't know the operation & maintenance timetables, extended hours, etc. for January 2019 as yet. Ditto what the post-restoration Raffles Hotel will be like.

All I can say right now is (a) there will be enough time to include everything you've listed (I suppose you mean GBTB's OCBC Skyway instead of the MacRitchie Treetop Walk); (b) the CNY celebrations in Chinatown will be in full swing (street light-up, festive bazaar, nightly cultural performances, lion-dance competition etc.). There'll also a smaller CNY bazaar at Waterloo Street in Bugis, but you won't make it for the annual River Hongbao carnival (which starts the day before CNY Eve).

Depending on how jet-lagged you are, Marina Bay can be covered as a full circuit (3/4 day) or split into two (Merlion Park/River Cruise on a 2nd day if Singapore River/Clarke Quay clashes with the MBS/GBTB light-show timings). You can also focus on the MBS side only (GBTB, Helix Bridge, Singapore Flyer, Gluttons Bay, Esplanade Theatres, etc.) & then take the MRT to Chinatown, Bugis, Orchard Road.
