I am nepalese passport holder travelling from sydney to bangkok but have a 24 hr transit in Singapore. Could i travel around Singapore in that 24 hr because nepalese passport holder have on arrival visa in singapore or do i need a special visa to do that? Also

FYI, there is no Visa On Arrival nor a Transit Visa facility at Changi Airport. Visitors who need visas to enter Singapore must arrange for their visas before they travel.


In your case, you will be pleased to note that Nepalese do not need visas to enter Singapore but they do need to satisfy the following entry requirements


If you meet these requirements, you may leave the airport to sightsee in Singapore.

A visit pass is stamped in your passport (if entry is allowed) stating the maximum length of stay in Singapore. It is not a visa on arrival.
