Some travelers who want to visit Tibet worry about how can they arrange the itinerary when EBC is closed.

In my opinion, the Ngari will soon be open to visitors. So I recommend the following itineraries for your consideration.

DAY 1: Arriving Lhasa

DAY 2: Sightseeing in Lhasa

DAY 3: Sightseeing in Lhasa

DAY 4: Lhasa-Yamdrok Yumtso Lake-Gyantse

DAY 5: Gyantse-Sakya-Shigatse-Lhatse

DAY 6: Lhatse-Saga

DAY 7: Saga-Mount Kailash

DAY 8: Mount Kailash-Zanda-Guge Kingdom

DAY 9: Zanda-Lake Manasarovar

DAY 10: Lake Manasarovar-Saga

DAY 11: Saga-Shigatse

DAY 12: Shigatse-Namtso Lake

DAY 13: Namtso Lake-Lhasa

DAY 14: Leave

OR:

DAY 1: Arriving Lhasa

DAY 2: Sightseeing in Lhasa

It is a great plan B, but i think only the second itinerary is feasible as currently the Kailash region and further beyond Shigatse is closed, may be changes will come up in the next couple of weeks and if so will update here
