Whereabout in Wanchai? Many places are open by 8am. You shouldn't have difficulty finding one.

There are hundreds of places in Wan Chai (and throughout HK) that are open for breakfast from around 7am and onwards. You should have no problem finding anything.

Quick recommendations:

Wah Hong Resturant (HK style, sister of Tsui Wah)

Capital Cafe (Hk style, 80% similar to the infamous Australian Dairy Company)

Flying Pan (not my favorite but lots of expats like it)

Use Openrice to search for addresses.

Er... McDonald's? Most of them open 24/7 and breakfast is served between 4 - 11am
