Du tourist sim- biggest scam ever

Do not waste your time or money with a Du tourist sim. You may be lured in with the promise of free vouchers (which are subpar) and free minutes and data. What they don't tell you is that once the 200mb of free internet that they give will expire (in a day) you'll have to pay AED 50 (~$15) for each additional 100mb. They also won't tell you that you will be charged/ have your free minutes deducted if you have the audacity to call their customer service number. And they definetly won't tell you that their customer service team will consistently lie to you and not call you back. I have purchased sims in many countries and never have I experienced such level of deceit and incompetence.

sad to hear but they are giving a leaflet with all the details mentioned on that , if its tourist plan. and comparing with other service provider du has the best offer when it comes to tourist plan. other service provider is charging double and once you go over the limit of data usage everyone will charge you even if its post paid, pre paid numbers.
