AirAsia flight connections

I plan on flying Yangon-Bangkok-Phuket via Air Asia. If my Yangon-Bangkok flight is delayed, and I miss the Bangkok-Phuket flight, am I out of luck (i.e. will I lose my ticket)? Or will they put me on a later flight? Both flights would be on Air Asia.

i know that they are "point-to-point" but I am wondering how strict they actually are.

Does anyone have any actual experience with this? I.e. missing a connection due to an incoming flight being late?

Thanks!

Daniel

air asia are pretty strict about it. if the incoming flight is delayed, they will not be responsible for you missing your connecting flight.

Jedamros is right Air Asia will not be responsible for missed connections.

They just get you from A to B, with no frills thats why they are good value.

You would have to purchase another ticket at probably a much higher price so its worth also checking prices on full fare airlines if unfortunately you do miss your next flight, and yes its happend to me, just got to get on with it.
